A Shopify redesign, but it turned into way more than that. Our old store was slow, messy and honestly hard to manage on a daily basis. They rebuilt everything with a much cleaner structure and added custom sections that actually make sense for our products. Also, improved performance quite a bit. After launch the store feels faster, easier to use.
